What's Up Destinations? It's Destinae! How are you guys doing today?

Oh my gosh. I have felt an insane amount of guilt about how bad I am at posting here, and yet every time I post, I feel really happy and accomplished. This post isn't going to be super long or detailed. It's gonna be sorta like a journal entry of mine. I'm also at work and studying for my upcoming therapy practitioner exam (I can't believe it). When I first moved to Texas, I was at a job I hated, with people who made the weirdest headcanons about me. Now, I'm at a job that is actually something I want to do with my college degree. ( yayyyy). That has been a really big thing for me recently because I feel like I'm getting myself together. Anyways, I am hoping to attend a pumpkin patch realllll soon because I have a cute cute outfit I can't wait to wear. Halloween is next week and... I'm going to be Coraline!!! I said this in an earlier post, and I was like, wait, I can do that finally, so I'm excited for that because I love love love that movie. Speaking of love... oh my days, I want some. I think I am ready to be in a committed relationship; however, I'm unsure if that's because I want someone to chat with or I actually am ready to commit. I'll let you guys know at some point. I will become better at posting once I get a consistent schedule and stop being so lazy. I have so many ideas, and I wanna share them with you all.  I also wanna keep posting a Halloween costume I like, so here's one I was obsessed with last year!! 

- I loveeeee this costume. I saw a girl on TikTok do it for an EDC concert, and it was the cutest thing. And imagine posting to the song "She's My Cherry Pie". I wanted to share another costume because I've been slacking on ideas!!

What's Up Destinations? It's Destinae! How are you guys doing today?

Today, I wanted to make a post about things I'm into lately. Honestly, I've been a bit busy and getting my life together, but in the midst of all 200+ videos I had to watch during training for my job, I also had an ample amount of time to think about everything ever. For starters, I daydream constantly. I feel like even though I am a living human being amongst other people, I still feel like I'm in my own world, even though I'm living in the real world. You get it? Like I'm in tune, but on a different station. My station... anyways, I'm getting off topic, but I've been thinking about lots of things. As I'm moving into a new bedroom and getting accustomed to my life in a new state, I want to revamp everything. Literally everything. Like not change who I am, but like have some cool additions that elevate my quality of life. For starters, I want to start going to the gym.. I know that's everyone's "for starters," but seriously. Whenever I worked out consistently, I instantly felt better. I also wanna read like I used to. I at least used to get through a 50k-word fanfic a night... I've really lost my flair. I've been online shopping alot, but that's like instant gratification that goes away quickly, but man, does it feel good.  I also wanna blog more. I love this space and other spaces bloggers have created. I feel happy, free, and maybe f*cking crazy, but Idc. I honestly want a companion, and I don't mean a cute bunny sidekick... a lover. I feel behind because I have no prospects, but I'm not really putting myself out there either, so whatever. I am excited for the upcoming holiday season; I always have a glow from all the back-to-back holidays and my birthday being the last day of the year :) Anyways, I just wanted to chat for a bit. I will come back soon with more costumes, anime, clothes, and my bedroom. I haven't forgotten about my blog; I've just been working on my computer, so my brain has conditioned me to see my computer as work, and I'd rather not. Anyways, until

 What's up, Destinations? It's Destinae! How are you guys doing today? HAPPY OCTOBER !!! Omggg it's finally October, and that means it's basically Halloween every day! I love Halloween; I love the dressing up, costumes, fun festivities, and even being scared. This year, I'm not going too crazy with planning an outfit since it's my first Halloween not being on my college campus (I love you, halloweekend). This year I am doing the whole trick-or-treat thing with my sisters, but also setting up for the kids in my neighborhood to trick-or-treat, so my costume is gonna be pretty simple. However, that doesn't mean you guys have to!! For this post and the posts coming up, I'm gonna add 1-2 costumes that I love, adore, and would honestly do myself if I had more time and (more money L O L). Here's one I've been wanting to do for years because this is my favorite movie, and this will be a whole other blog post about movies. 

The costume of this post is..... It's CORALINE JONES. Oh, how I adore her, this movie, and this costume! I love the rainboots, rain coat, blue hair, and the little accessories that pay homage to the movie. This could also be really simple with a yellow jacket and jeans if you wanted. I also just want an excuse to get rain boots!

As a girl with naturally curly hair, the first thing I thought of to complete this style without a wig or dyeing my hair was HAIR PAINT! I had an obsession with this stuff in high school, and honestly, it comes out really well each time while still maintaining my curls. I love these for inspo, and I know alot of different curly hair brands make hair paint or wax to achieve these looks. The one I remember using was called " MOFAJANG" hair coloring material. It is a bit chalky, but it worked pretty well for a temporary color. I don't know which one these photos used, but these are my inspo for if I decide to go through with this costume because I think it'd look really cute!
